Currently, we are looking for Technical Product Manager to support our growth. Our clients range from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, and our software helps them to hire, promote, and develop the best people for leadership positions. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. The person must be located in the Denver, CO area. We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to take the lead in overseeing our web-based platform and managing development of the next generation of our software tools. As the Technical Product Manager of our platform, you will be charged with the day-to-day oversight of the product development process, working with staff, contractors, and outside developers to see that the platform maintains operational sustainability and success in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goals. You must be detail oriented and have excellent communication, organization and management skills. As this is a Technical Product Manager role, background in software development is required. Experience within the Human Capital Management software or talent assessment software is not required by desirable. ROLE Maintain a thorough understanding of Pinsight’s platform and identify ways in which to improve the platform and add value to the customer experience.
